For over 30 years, Boutinot have imported and distributed beautiful wines to trade and individual customers around the world. And just as the discerning customer palate has evolved, so has the need for the business to evolve too. Following the 2013 MBO, the new leadership team recognised that the fundamental principles upon which the business were founded were the ingredients that would really make Boutinot business soar.
With a bold five year strategy in place, talent and culture became the number one priority. We were tasked with trying to bottle what it is that makes this wine business truly special. We created 'The Boutinot Way' - a cultural framework that is a guide for getting things done, a driver of recruitment and retention, a focus for leadership to lead by example and a basis for excellent customer satisfaction.
